Bali experiences heavy rainfall in the month of December. The Bali weather conditions are majorly warm to hot and a bit sunny. The island experiences 7 hours of sunshine per day despite the rains. Daily maximum average temperature is 33°C while the average daily minimum temperature is 24°C. In between the downpours, humidity levels always builds at high levels since December the middle of the November to March wet season and the southern hemisphere summer. Rain is mostly heavy but always falling in the afternoon or evening.

Pemutera Bay Festival:Â It is held in mid-December. This is a nautical celebration promoting the beauty of marine life and dive spots in north coast Bali.
Denpasar Festival:Â It is held in end December. It is mainly held in Denpasar city with lots of events such as traditional music, music concerts, cultural parade, exhibitions, dance performances and culinary delights taking place.
Pandawa Beach Festival: The celebrations start in 25th December to 1st January. It is one of the biggest festivals in Bali. Lots of events such as local food bazaar, performances from artists and cultural parade are organized.
Panglipuran Village Festival:Â This is an annual festival held in the end of the month. It is organized by the local government to help in promoting the ancient village in Bangli. Lots of competitions, culinary bazaars and traditional fashion show take place.
